We need mentally healthy menopausal women currently experiencing hot flashes.

Purpose of Study: To investigate the effects of hormone replacement therapy on menopausal symptoms, cognition, and brain function.

Inclusion criteria:
• Healthy menopausal women
• Experiencing hot flashes
• Have not had a hysterectomy
• Non-smoker
