FMRI Analysis & Methods Forum
Thursdays at 2 PM investigators in the CCM who are working with fMRI data meet to discuss fMRI principles and data analysis skills. Past topics have included mini-courses on use of software packages (SPM, FIASCO, AFNI), checking data quality, statistical approaches, and other specific needs as they arise.
There is also a working group of CCM investigators who are collaborating with the Biostatistics department to develop software for event-related fMRI analysis.
